Our Programmes
Three Programmes, One Orchard
A weekend entry point, a six-week evening rhythm, and a ten-week cohort. Each suited to a different stage of readiness and a different kind of household schedule.

How the Seasonal Approach Works
Plant
Introduce frameworks and vocabulary. Establish what a seasonal review rhythm looks like for your specific household. The first sessions are slower — deliberately so.
Tend
Build the habit through structured repetition. Peer discussion reinforces what individual reflection might gloss over. Materials are used, not just read.
Reflect
At the programme's close, participants complete a reflective workbook. Habits are reviewed. Next steps — including referral to licensed advisers where relevant — are mapped.
All Crowberry programmes are educational only. No individual financial recommendations are made at any stage. Participants are pointed toward licensed financial planners and advisers for any specific planning decisions.
Seasonal Saving Workshop
A weekend workshop introducing a seasonal approach to household saving — quarterly review rhythms, annual reflection routines, and how households commonly mark moments in the year to revisit their habits. Includes printed seasonal cards and a workbook. Educational only; no individual recommendations are made.
What you take away:
- A seasonal review framework suited to Malaysian household rhythms
- Printed seasonal cards for quarterly reference
- A workbook for annual saving reflection
- Access to Crowberry's licensed adviser referral directory
How sessions run:

- 02.Saturday afternoon: workbook exercises and small-group discussion
- 03.Sunday morning: quarterly review rhythms and seasonal card system
- 04.Sunday afternoon: closing reflection and next-steps orientation

— Standards Across All Programmes —
Shared Protocols
PDPA Compliance
Participant data is held and processed in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 across all programmes.
Educational Boundary
No individual financial recommendations. No product referrals. No referral fee arrangements. These limits apply across every session of every programme.
Annual Curriculum Review
Content is reviewed annually. Where general information on savings vehicles is included, it is checked against current public-domain sources before each new intake cycle.
Post-Programme Feedback
Every programme ends with a structured feedback collection. Results are reviewed before the next intake and shape curriculum adjustments.
Quality Printed Materials
All printed materials are produced to a standard suited to ongoing use — not photocopied handouts. They are designed to be kept and returned to outside of sessions.
Adviser Referral Access
All participants receive access to the Crowberry licensed adviser directory — a maintained list of planners and advisers to whom we make no-fee referrals when participants are ready for individual planning.
